Tektek was one of the best resources for anime character creators. It was a great tool for avatar making. Otherwise known as the Gaia Dream Avatar maker, the site was an invaluable resource for designing characters. Despite its shortcomings, Tektek offered more assistance to its users than most of its competitors in the doll industry.

The information below is ancient history, though the basic idea on how item values work is still effective.

The Fan-Made website for Trading on TinierMe

Simple Facts:
Trading Items
Trading doesn't not happen on the actual Trading site. The trading site is basically used to find users who have or want a certain item. Typically, when you create an account with this site, you link your TM Profile page to your TM Trading Profile page by submitting your Account ID on the Selfy ID text box on your Edit Profile page. The link will appear underneath your item on your Trading Profile page.
Item Lists - Have Want and Don't Want
Items that you have and wish to trade are posted visually on your TinierMe Trading Profile page. Some people post their whole inventories, even when some items are not for trade to keep track of their items or for whatever personal reasons. Usually they will mark the items that they don't want to trade with a custom label.
Items that you wish to 'Want' or 'Don't Want' are also located on your TinierMe Trading Profile page, on a list separate from your 'Have' items.
Adding Items to Your List - Manually
To add items manually on your Have, Want or Don't Want list, simply click on the Edit Trading List link on your mini-menu which is located on the right side of the page, under your icon and follow the format instructed under the text box.
If you are uncertain about the color of an item, search for it and look for the icon that matches the color you wish to add. If typing the full item name doesn't work, try typing in only one of the words used in the item name if it's name consists of multiple words, or type in part of the word.
If the official name of an item consists of a color, it's not a part of the TinierMe Trading item name so don't include it. For instance, the 'Knitted Hat Red Badge' item on TinierMe is in fact written as 'Knitted Hat Badge' on the TinierMe Trading site.
Another Way To Add Items
You can also add items to any of your three lists by Browsing or Searching for items. The Browse and Search links are always located at the top of the page.
To add an item to any of your lists, simply click on an item to view it's information page, and click on either the 'I Want This', 'I Have this' or 'I Don't Want This' buttons that are located right underneath the item information box.
To add multiples via this method, simply click on the 'Click here to go back to Item's Description' link, and press on the same button you used again. Repeat as many times as you want.
A Tip For Adding Items On Your Lists
When a new Gacha is released, and you have items from this new Gacha that you want to add to your Have, Want or Don't want list, an easy way to do go about this is by going to the Browse Items page, scrolling to the bottom and locating the name of the new Gacha, clicking on it, and then opening the individual new items on a new tab and adding them to the lists you wish to add the items to.
Who Has What You Want - Who Wants What You Have
You can view everyone who has added a certain item to their 'Have List,' 'Want List' and 'Don't Want List' when viewing an item's profile and clicking on the appropriate tab under the item's information box. The order in which users are shown goes by whoever last updated their 'Trading List' manually, so clicking on the 'Add New' button will push your own profile up to the top of the list of users.
Your TinierMe Trading Profile
Edit your TinierMe Trading Profile from the Edit Profile page. Only certain HTML codes are active for use on your profile. A list of allowed codes can be found Here. Note that this is an image of the codes, so copying and pasting them from here wont work.
You can also edit the title of your Profile from the Edit Profile page, but keep in mind that there is a character limit - so if you save your title, but then it disappears, this is because you passed the limit. I suggest you copy the text in your title in case that it does disappear, so that you do not have to re-type whatever HTML formatting you gave from scratch. Just edit it out a bit to shorten it, copy it again and test it to see if you removed enough characters.
A Warning - Just A Suggestion
Although some people are lazy, it's considerate to read the rules posted on a user's Trading Profile. Every person has their own way of valuing their items, and some people care about the way you contact them. These people will write out instructions on their Trading Profile to let you know how to go about communicating with them. Mind you, some people tend to get angry when you don't bother to read their rules. If you wish to not read rules, don't always expect a courteous reply.

Item Values
Gacha and Event items tend to be prized over Selfy Shop items. It's rare to find people who are interested in trading for Shop items.
The not-so-value-savvy traders will value an old GC item the same as a current GC item, an old animated for a current animated, an old CC Item for a current CC item, or a SELFY Shop CC for an old Gacha CC. Although it's true, in terms of how much you paid for a certain item, this may be so, and sometimes most current GC's do equal other current GC's, but the market runs deeper than just this.
Suppy and Demand > How Much You Paid
You are not forced to trade those 3 item you recently paid 50GC for, for that single old item you want that someone else paid only 30CC for a long time ago. You might not get that old item if you offer only a current or more recent CC item. If you search long enough, you may come across someone who is willing, but the rarer it is, the more luck you'll need.
Some helpful scale values
Old CC - usually referring to Chibi Coin Gacha, Event or Shop items that have retired passed an undefined date. It's safe to say that all retired 2009 CC items are considered Old CC.
These can sometimes but rarely be valued in equality to a non-event Animated item, or multiple GC items because there were less users back in the day, and therefore there are less circulating the market.
Old GC - like Old CC items, it also refers to old GC Gacha, Event or Shop items that have retired passed an undefined date. A gacha from a good couple of months ago can probably be considered 'Old.' If an item has recently become retired, it still doesn't fall under the category of 'Old.'
Old GC's tend to be very valuable. Some go for as many as 2-4 Animated + maybe a couple of other GC items, depending on the value of the animated and GCs. The Vampire Eyes and Cool Eyes individually go for about such a price.
If the Old GC is an Animated, it can go for as many as 4-10 or 12 good more current animated. The Mystic Chinese Dragon Black is by far the rarest Gacha item and most valuable non-limited item.
Limited items - By this, I mean items that have a specified number limit, and is usually obtained from an event. These items include:
Bubble Gum Kitty - There are only 20 of these. It was obtainable during the DokiDoki Tournament Raking event. The top 20 players with the highest tournament scores were the only ones to recieve it.
Shining Crown Red - There is only 1 available so far. The First Place winner of the Gloomy Art Contest will receive this item.

Shining Crown Blue - There is only 1 of these available so far as well. The Second Place for the Gloomy Art Contest will receive this.
Shining Crown Purple - There is only one of these as well. It will be given to the person chosen by Mori Chack, the creator and owner of Gloomy.

Hellobeautiful people, my name is Claudia, glad you’re here.
First, I’m going to explain that I’ve createdthis blog for those who knew the game TinierMeOnline (and even some play the Japanese version) but would not exclude thosewho like the nice things.
TinierMe was an Online RPG, where you shared youravatar and you enjoyed some adventures, chats, games and other things. The gamehad an English server, you know people from many parts of the world, and from Latinpeople who knew English could interact with most people. But unfortunately, forreasons that I unknown the page was closed in 2010.
However, asI mentioned, some guys still playing theJapanese version ( here I leave the link http://www.atgames.jp/atgames/top.dofor those interested in registering, I'm not registered , because all is inJapanese and I do not understand it, lol) .

Now, somestill playing with small Selfys, theavatars we used in the aforementioned page, the DreamSelfy, this DreamSelfyis an avatar you used to create an additional page (actually , I have no ideaif it was independent ) this page* and TinierMesynchronized items, so you can create one Selfyyou wanted and you arrived at an agreement with other users to exchange itemsand you can create your DreamSelfy on TinierMe . *(Here the page that you cancreate your DreamSelfy http://dreamself.meis very simple to use ) .
Finallyworth mentioning that there is also such a page where you can create your DreamSelfy with Japanese items, however, this is more tedious than the last one I mentioned. But it is worth to use itbecause if there are a lot of cute items. (Here I leave the website of theJapanese version http://kisekae3.web.fc2.com/s/selfy.html ) Where should I lookfor each key of each item to create your DreamSelfy.
In thisblog I will upload images of Selfy I'll create in my free time, or some ( insuch cases) orders.

Finally Ileave these small examples of how the work is in jpg. and png .
